A few months ago, Claire McCollum of BBC’s Songs of Praise visited Bethany Christian Centre to hear from Dave Biddulph and Steph MacLeod.
The episode was aired this past Sunday and it was incredible to hear from Dave and Steph and worship with them within the context of all that God has done in their lives.
Dave Biddulph is now the manager at Bethany Christian Centre, but first came to the service in 1999:
“I needed help. The first time I walked through the door I could feel family, I could feel love. I could feel that people were genuinely caring for you. I was blown away by the place.”
Steph also experienced life-changing support at the Centre, finding deep connections along his journey.
“I used to put so much worry into what was coming my way in the future… but I don’t think there’s a sweeter word said than in the song: ‘Because he lives I can face tomorrow.’ It’s just a wonderful promise.”
